DOMESTIC SHIPPING 

Please note that all parcels must be signed for unless you have provided an ATL (Authority to Leave) message during checkout. By placing an order on this website, you agree that if you have left an ATL message on your order, leaving the parcel will be at your own risk.

BACKORDERS
Please note, if any items in your order are placed on backorder, we do not send your other item(s) until the order is complete. Backorder information and turnaround time is available on the product pages of the item you wish to order.

SHIPPING
Our ceramics studio is based in Noosaville on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia. We take great care to send the ceramics to you as safely and quickly as possible. Postage and handling charges are additional to the retail price and calculated upon checkout.

Shipping ceramics safely requires lots of packaging and big boxes for protection. However we aim to keep shipping costs as low as possible for our customers and offer shipping within Australia for just $7.5 for orders less than $99.5 Furthermore we're proud to offer FREE SHIPPING on all domestic orders above $99.5!  

Once full payment has been received for your order, items will ship within 1-3 business days (unless the item(s) you are after is placed on backorder, of which you will be notified during checkout). All domestic orders are sent with Aramex or Australia Post. To ensure safe delivery, all orders have a tracking number and require a signature on delivery unless an ATL message is provided. You will receive a notification by email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Delivery usually takes 2-5 business days from shipment date to arrive, longer for remote areas.

IMPORTANT
Please ensure that the delivery details entered during checkout are correct. We can not be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided to us by you. Shipping charges will apply for orders that have to be re-sent due to incorrect details provided to us. You will receive a tracking number from us once your order is on the way. It is your responsibility to ensure you will be able to receive the parcel. If a parcel cannot be delivered, re-delivery charges may apply.
HEAT POLICY for shipping chocolate

We take care in packaging to ensure your chocolates are received in great condition, but during the summer months we may hold off a day or two on delivery during hot weather, to avoid your chocolates melting during shipping. 

Particularly during the summer months, we recommend having your order sent to an address where someone will be available to receive the delivery. If your package is melted due to being left in a post office awaiting collection, we cannot be held responsible for this.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
YES! We ship worldwide!

International shipping is now available during checkout for orders below $1000 to New Zealand, USA, Canada, South America, UK, Europe and parts of Asia and the Middle East. Please refer to our shipping rates below. For all other countries, or orders over $1000, we can quote delivery to make sure you get the best rate possible.

SHIPPING COSTS
Please note that all international orders automatically receive a 10% discount as they are exempt from the GST tax. This also applies to Australian residents shipping overseas (it can therefore be more economical for us to ship your overseas gifts depending on your purchase). This discount will be applied automatically to all prices on the website once you have selected your shipping country.
Shipping costs are quite expensive from Australia, however as we love our international customers and sending our ceramics all over the world, we provide the following flat rate shipping rates;

All prices include shipping insurance for safe delivery. Please note that import duties and taxes are not included in the shipping price. Often customs and/or import duties are charged once a delivery reaches its international destination. Any such fees must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot inform you what the cost may be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. If in doubt, we recommend contacting your local customs office for information before ordering.
